Our policy is non-refundable. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. It is important to check your date of reservation. In the need to change your date your deposit will be eligible to transfer when you notify us six days before your original reservation date.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any reservation that is not rescheduled more than six days from the date of reservation will forfeit their deposit.
